Electronic Training Section:
The Institute's e-training department develops and implements annual training plans and supervises the implementation of training courses in order to maintain the quality of training outputs. It is also the department responsible for following up on the trainees and ensuring the readiness of the work environment at the institute to complete the courses in the required professional manner.

Follow-up and technical support department:
The Follow-up and Technical Support Department is responsible for setting periodic modernization plans for the institute’s purification environment, ensuring the sustainable and effective operation of the servers, devices, systems and programs used in the training courses, as well as preparing the work environment required by the trainees’ devices and solving the problems they face when using them during or after virtual classes. As well as responsible for following up the attendance of trainees in virtual classes.

Customer Service Department:
The Customer Service Department receives the trainees at the beginning of the training and ensures the regularity of the virtual classes. It works on solving the problems facing the trainees and developing solutions to improve the quality of training, as well as following up on the trainees' evaluations of the courses held. The department is also concerned with communicating with current and former trainees and responding to their inquiries.
