Training plan for trainers on e-learning skills The Solution Makers Institute is working on developing the skills of trainers in line with the modern trends of e-learning. Therefore, the following plan has been developed to qualify trainers in the skills of dealing with e-learning. Plan objectives: Providing the trainers with the academic and professional experiences necessary to complete distance training and deal with e-learning styles professionally and effectively. The plan includes the following three axes: The first axis: the use of technology Through this axis, the trainer will be acquainted with the basic concepts related to technology and be able to use e-learning applications so that the trainer will be able to:- Finding the use of the learning system in force at the institute. Finding and using distance learning platforms. Effective communication with trainees through virtual classes. Ensure the quality of remote information access to trainees. The second axis: the development of electronic content: The trainer is trained to develop the content of the courses in line with the nature of e-learning to take advantage of the available tools and effective applications in this field from interactive media and advanced methods so that the trainer can at the end of the training to: Using advanced applications to create electronic content. Preparing electronic content by synchronous and asynchronous methods. Finding ways to continuously improve the electronic content of the courses. The third axis: Teaching skills: Through this axis, trainers are provided with the basic skills to teach in the e-learning environment, so that it is confirmed at the end of the training that the trainer is able to: Finding the main skills to deal with distance learning technology. Managing training content in an e-learning environment. Managing virtual classrooms and applying training skills through them. The ability to diversify the methods of presentation and discussion with the trainees. The ability to follow the trainees through the virtual classes.
