Virtual attendance policy:
• Through virtual training, no less than 75% of the number of training hours provided through in-person training is provided.
- Distance training is dealt with in the presence training labs regarding the attendance of trainees, by following the following:
- The Institute is committed to the principles of intellectual property rights and copyrights through:
- Providing a fixed link for each course to broadcast the lectures and send them to the trainees before the start of the course and to ensure that the trainee reaches it.
- The virtual lecture hall is made available one minute before the start of the lecture, and the quality requirements for running the lecture are confirmed (connection to servers, sound quality...etc).
- It is confirmed that the trainee's login name for the lectures matches the name used when registering.
- The daily preparation of the trainees is done by the employee responsible for this, and the follow-up of the trainee's position in case of repeated absences.
- Attendance time is calculated through the electronic platform used to broadcast the lectures.
- The trainee must attend 50% of the lecture time to count his attendance.
- The trainee must attend at least 70% percent of the course lectures to obtain the certificate.
- The maximum number of trainees in one hall is no more than 25 trainees.
