Principles of intellectual property rights and copyrights

The principles of intellectual property rights and copyrights applicable to the Institute:

* Respecting intellectual property rights and publishing, and referring to all references and sources used in writing the course content.
* Respect all intellectual property laws, licenses, copyrights, and copyrights according to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Reference to the scientific references and sources that were used in preparing the course content, and in the case of using open source training contents, and also to ensure that all licenses of these open resources are respected.
* Examine all training courses and ensure that they are free of intellectual property violations and that they respect all intellectual property laws, licenses and copyrights according to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Indicate the scientific references and sources that were used when preparing the content of the training courses.
* The contents of the Institute's website comply with the copyright and electronic publishing policy specified by the competent authorities.
* Ensure that the course contents are free of intellectual property violations after each update of the training materials.
* Full preservation of the login information to the educational platform of the Institute and not to disclose it to any other person or entity
* All training materials available on the trainee’s account are private to him and he can access them at any time, and they are not subject to publication and distribution because they are among the rights of the Institute.

- The following rules are observed in the contents of the scientific materials of the Institute:
* It does not contain an inappropriate style of offensive, offensive, racist or threatening language, whether it is a text, image or idea.
* It does not contain anything that is contrary to the laws of the state or the norms of society.
* It does not contain anything that exposes the privacy of others in any way.
* Observe the rules of the language used to create the page or electronic material and ensure that it is safe and free from errors.

-The Institute shall periodically review the content of the training materials and remove any remnants of copyright and intellectual property.
